Job Title: Learning Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to fill our Learning Specialist role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to regulatory technology solutions, as well as onboarding new employees and managing global training responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Focusing on the design, development, and delivery of training programs for AQMetrics' global workforce.
* Coordinating onboarding processes for new employees and ensuring they receive comprehensive training.
* Managing global training activities, including evaluating training needs and creating educational materials.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify training requirements and develop effective learning strategies.
