Job Opportunity:
The role of Interim Regional Manager presents a unique chance to drive business growth and excellence in a regional setting. This position will evolve as services are further developed and established.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and deliver services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, resource allocation, service plan targets, and company policies.
* Lead a team in delivering services consistent with the Model of Person-Centred Care and Support.
* Support operational managers in delivering and governing service provision, ensuring safety and quality of service.
* Build a team that supports and takes responsibility for all aspects of service delivery.
* Develop a working knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to Disability Services.
* Participate as a member of the local Management Team.
* Support operational managers in service delivery and governance, ensuring safety and quality of service.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of Service Plans.
* Ensure strong control systems are in place to manage and deliver results.
* Be accountable for budget management and ensure services operate within prescribed parameters at all times.
* Oversee compliance with provisions of the Freedom of Information Acts.
* Ensure Data Protection Act obligations are met.
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
* Develop collaborative team working relationships.
* Promote sustainable energy, water, and waste initiatives to create a more sustainable and efficient service.
