Overview
Our client, a leading name in the Irish food and beverage industry, is seeking an experienced, commercially astute leader to drive growth across Ireland’s dynamic coffee and foodservice market.
As Commercial Channel Manager, you will lead a team of five Channel Specialists managing customers across HORECA, Business & Industry, and Wholesale. You’ll deliver revenue, margin, and profitability targets, while shaping strategy and strengthening customer partnerships within one of Ireland’s largest coffee portfolios.
The role is based in Dublin South, it is 3 days on site, 2 remote, full time permanent role.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
* Own channel strategy and execution across assigned sectors.
* Drive profitable growth through strong customer relationships and effective key-account management.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, and Technical teams to enhance channel performance.
* Identify and deliver new business opportunities within the hot beverage and foodservice sectors.
Requirements
* Must have experience in the coffee industry.
* Proven commercial sales leadership experience within Hot Beverage and/or Foodservice
* Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
* Strategic thinker with solid financial and P&L acumen.
* Experienced in managing teams and developing talent.
* Ideally, credible background in coffee or related foodservice channels.
