Courtesy calls to build and maintain working relationships with existing customers
Working with current customers to maximize sales and grow each current account
New business Sales Development
Ensure full availability of key lines in all stores
Ensure orders are placed correctly and timely to company procedures
Ensure Best Practice is being worked in all stores
Support Display and Merchandising when required
Participate in In-store Tastings for Special Promotions / Festivals / Occasions
Ability to problem solve
Some Saturday work may be required.
Administration Requirements:
The ability to relate well with both internal staff and external customers and to work as part of a small team
An excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
The ability to work in a multi task environment and act in a cover capacity as required.
The ability to work on own initiative and develop the best work practices for duties assigned.
An understanding of basic sales and order fulfilment.
An empathy with customer requirements.
The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy within strict deadlines.
Ability to report back to Sales Director weekly/daily as required
Experience
Minimum of 2 years working in food service sales as a priority.
