Job Description
The Services Coordinator role entails collaborating closely with a team of Service Engineers to establish and agree upon a daily/weekly/monthly service schedule. This position involves customer contact, data entry, and management of service systems.
* Scheduling service and maintenance contracts with clients and company service engineers
* Responsible for data entry into the service scheduler
* Control of timely receipt of service engineers check sheet documentation
* Coordinate with the stores department to ensure all service and calibration tools are available for service engineers
* Maintain holiday tracker for service engineers to guarantee resource availability
* Support management in the implementation of software solutions
* Coordinate callouts from clients to the main office
* Maintain all service contract calibration schedules
* Report key performance indicators to the contract manager
* Understanding or previous experience working in a HVAC / Refrigeration / Engineering or Construction environment would be beneficial
* Able to plan out schedules and coordinate with the service engineering team
* Excellent PC skills and experience using similar customer type service IT systems
* Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
This is a key communication and coordination role which requires customer contact and internal stakeholder interaction on a daily basis.
