About the Role
The role focuses on profitable underwriting of new business, handling MTA’s, referrals, and renewals through an online platform. You will also manage systems that support servicing the profit centre’s book of business, and maintain high service standards by liaising with partners.
Profitable underwriting of all new business, MTA’s, referrals, and renewals generated from and through the online platform, including assisting and testing new product development and deployment.
Managing and maintaining all systems associated with efficient servicing and maintenance of the profit centre’s new and existing book of business, ensuring continuous high-level service standards through collaboration with partners.
Building a sustainable relationship with brokers based on service, trust, and integrity through daily communication via email and phone.
What We’re Looking For
Previous online and open market SME underwriting experience.
Ability to work in a busy team and meet strict compliance and renewal deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft 10 applications.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, both internally and externally.
Progress towards Minimum Competency Requirements as set out by the Financial Regulator and any amendments thereto.
