About The Role
Reporting into Customer Services Manager
Contribute to the smooth running of the Company's customer service needs by providing a service to customers that is second to none. Working on your own as well as part of a team to manage the daily office tasks as set out by your line manager and the office supervisor.
You'll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for all Toolbank Ireland customers and Sales Representatives to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience by understanding and responding effectively to customer needs.
* Make outbound calls to pre-assigned customers to promote current promotions and special offers, supporting sales growth and customer
* Accurately process incoming sales orders from multiple channels, entering orders into the ERP system to ensure a smooth and efficient order journey for
Prepare and issue quotations, sales literature, and price lists as required, to provide customers with up-to-date pricing, promotions, and stock
Qualifications/Experience/Business Skills/Behaviours
* Previous experience of ERP Business Central (Desirable)
* Previous experience in the Hardware & Building trade is an (Desirable, but not essential)
* Good telephone manner with excellent communication (Essential)
* Excellent customer service (Essential)
* Experience with all Microsoft Office programs (Essential)
* Strong attention to detail.
