What you'll do: Collaborate with prestigious clients — global brand leaders in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
Work alongside a dedicated team of construction professionals passionate about delivering complex, high-quality facilities.
Support the delivery of CSA construction packages, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to design intent.
Attend job and construction meetings in-office and onsite, engaging directly with multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing site safety, quality, and CSA-related nonconformities.
Contribute to the management and coordination of civil, structural, and architectural aspects of projects from inception to completion.
Ensure all CSA works under your supervision are executed in line with IPS and client specifications, drawings, and standards.
Support the Project Manager in evaluating vendor and subcontractor invoices and CSA-related change orders.
Champion and uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance across all CSA works.
Adopt a "hands-on" approach to managing your work, developing your technical competence in CSA disciplines through practical site experience.
Be open to temporary relocation within the UK or Europe during live project periods.
