Your Role:
This is a dynamic position combining handyman duties, yard shunting, Assisting CVRT Testers by Chaining down trailers during the CVR Test and light admin support. Perfect for someone who enjoys keeping busy and taking pride in their work.
Handyman Duties:
* General depot repairs and maintenance
* Basic carpentry, painting, and small fix-it projects
* Keeping the workshop and yard clean, tidy, and safe
* Assisting with depot improvements and daily tasks
Chainer & Shunter Driver Duties:
* Securing loads using chains, straps, and tie-down equipment
* Safely moving and positioning vehicles and trailers around the yard
* Working alongside drivers, testers, and yard supervisors
* Following all safety procedures and yard operations
Light Administrative Support:
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the depot
Who We're Looking For:
