General Manager - Cleaning & Facilities Management company.Dublin West - servicing Nationwide.Main responsibilities include:Managing the day-to-day operations of the business.Reporting directly to the managing director and being the line manager for the operations manager, the finance manager and the business development manager.Responsible for hiring, training and development of staff. This is essential as our team is always expanding.The G.M will be the main point of escalation for customer and supply chain issues.The G.M will negotiate all company purchases, leases and supplier contracts.Reports to board on progress weekly and monthly including sales, marketing analytics, costs and margin.Plans and executes growth of the business, and its new brands, including entering new regional geographies.Liaising with sub-contractors.Motivates and leads the staff within the business.The role will suit an experienced senior manager with a track record of assisting development of a business.
