About Dairygold/Our Story Co-Op Superstores is the retail division of Dairygold Co-Operative Society Ltd which now operates online and in 26 retail stores across Munster stretching across counties Cork, Limerick, Tipperary, and Clare.

Dairygold Co-Operative Society Ltd is Irelands largest farmer-owned co-operative.
With headquarters in Mitchelstown, Cork and operations in other locations in Ireland, Europe and worldwide, Dairygold processes 1.48 billion litres of milk a year, with an annual turnover of 1.65 billion EURO.
The society is structured across three imperative divisions; food ingredients, agri business and retail, that drive and support our farmers and business.
Location: Lombardstown, Mallow, Co, Cork.
Dairygold Co-Operative Society Limited is now pleased to invite applications for the position of Marketing Executive.
Co-Op SuperStores are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys the challenge of Retail and who will help us continue to offer a superior in-store and online experience for our Farm, Home & Garden customers.
This is a varied role and offers a fantastic opportunity to work across all areas of our Agri-Business & Retail and would suit someone who is hardworking, motivated, and dedicated, with a strong skill set in marketing and digital.
They will be working as an integral part of the Marketing Team creating Sponsorship, PR, Experiential, POS and Digital campaigns.
Responsibilities Participate in the development of the annual plans for the Marketing Team.
Lead Sponsorships and ticket distributions and Events to build both the Dairygold Agri-Business & Co Op Superstores Brands, growing awareness, perception and affinity to cement our positioning with our local communities.
Seek successful & innovative activations which refresh our sponsorship campaigns.
Develop In Store Events which address Customer Experience, and which drive Loyalty within our Customer Cohorts.
Assist in the management, implementation and analytics of Digital Marketing including Web Content Development, SEO, PPC, Display, & Email Marketing.
Manage Blog posts on relevant subjects to drive awareness of brand and product range.
Manage the digital communications calendar and the design, segmentation, delivery and reporting of the communications.
Manage writing and executing emails and texts and evaluate the customer experience across campaigns.
Lead design and execution of Point-of-Sale materials required within Retail, in line with Brand guidelines to deliver increased visibility and to grow both Quality and Value Scores for the brand.
Also manage and support different elements of the agri and retail marketing functions : POS Management, Instore Promotions and Events, Monitor & control Marketing Spend across Sponsorships, Events, Digital and POS in line with agreed Budgets.
Ensure value for money is delivered in all activities and appropriate metrics are in place to monitor and measure each.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and build excellent relationships and ways of working within a large cross-functional team and other teams to ensure effective execution of marketing activities Manage relationships with our External Agencies (Design Agencies, Digital Agencies and Printers) and our Sponsorship Partners.
This is not an exhaustive list and have involve other duties We want to hear from you if you have: Minimum 3-5 Years Marketing, Communications or Agri Marketing Experience, Digital/Video Content Creation desirable Possess a 3rd level bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or another similar field.
Highly proficient in MS Office suite.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Digital/Video Content Creation desirable Proficient in using a business intelligence tool to interpret & analyse business performance data.
Experience in using Google Analytics or alternative web analytics platform.
Experience of using IT systems (Shopify, Photoshop, Adwords).
Have previous role-related competence and experience in administration.
Previous Agri / Retail experience -knowledge of the product range in the respective categories is preferable Full Clean drivers license.
Travel will be required for Sponsorships, Events, Store visits etc.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Performance driven with a proven ability to work on own initiative.
A positive, can-do, resilient and flexible attitude.
Well-developed problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner.
