We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Recruiter to support our growth across key Go-to-Market (GTM) teams in EMEA, with an emphasis on Sales. In this role, you'll help shape our recruiting strategy, manage full‑cycle hiring efforts, and ensure a delightful yet rigorous hiring process.
What You'll Achieve
* Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the GTM org, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through successful close.
* Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent across EMEA markets.
* Ensure scalable and structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes while creating thoughtful candidate experiences.
* Partner with cross‑functional teams including Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive holistic talent strategies.
* Leverage AI tools to innovate recruiting processes and provide data‑driven insights on market conditions.
* Champion and scale best practices while thoughtfully adapting for regional nuances.
Skills You'll Need To Bring
* 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in high‑growth GTM functions.
* Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent across various levels.
* Experience coaching and advising hiring managers through our recruiting process while keeping talent density as a priority.
* Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and guide hiring managers in creating inclusive teams.
* Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high‑quality recruiting experiences.
* Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
Nice To Haves
* Passionate about leveraging technology and AI to transform recruiting processes.
* Fluency in an additional European language.
