Careers with offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to divide their time between our Galway office and their home office.Role Overview:The BeyondTrust PAM Security Engineer will design, implement, and maintain Privileged Access Management solutions using BeyondTrust technologies, ensuring secure and compliant privileged access across enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of BeyondTrust Password Safe and related PAM components.Drive onboarding of privileged accounts and establish evergreen processes for account lifecycle management.Implement and maintain session management, credential vaulting, and least privilege enforcement.Collaborate with platform owners and application teams to integrate PAM solutions across Windows, Linux, Oracle, and cloud environments.Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for account discovery, reporting, and operational efficiency.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve PAM-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.Maintain compliance by enforcing security policies and supporting audit and reporting requirements.Provide SME-level guidance to stakeholders and contribute to PAM strategy and roadmapTechnical Expertise Required:4+ years of hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe (architecture and administration).Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management concepts, credential vaulting, and session management.Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and integration with Active Directory, SQL, and cloud platforms.Familiarity with DevOps practices, REST API integrations, and change management processes
