We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to oversee all aspects of our billing and collections processes.
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of these processes, including billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of billing and collections processes
* Oversee the billing and invoicing process, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely invoices
* Manage the collections process, ensuring customer accounts are up-to-date and payments are received on time
* Build and maintain relationships with customers, resolving any billing or collections issues
* Manage the cash application process, ensuring accurate and timely payment application
* Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions, optimizing cash management processes
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements through effective auditing and external stakeholder engagement
* Lead and guide the global billing and collections team, providing necessary resources and support for success
* Maintain policies and procedures related to billing and collections, aligning them with company objectives and values
* Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices in billing and collections, providing regular updates to senior finance leaders
