CTS Projects LTD is looking for a maintenance operative to provide a responsive and planned schedule maintenance works to our current and growing client base of housing and public units ensuring that all reactive and planned maintenance works are carried out to an exception standard, set out by local governments. Location:Dublin Reporting to:Contract Manager Hours of work:Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: Negotiable based on experience Responsibilities: Liaise with contracts manager/foreman and operations team to collect daily tasks (electronically) for attendance. Communicate regularly with clients to update and provide solutions to concurrent problems. Make safe environments for clients and housing occupants until works are complete. Always maintain a safe work environment, demonstrating the highest standards of health and safety working procedures whilst on site and in transit between working sites. Follow up with operations team with any additional works required by subcontractors or other. Complete paperwork and return to operations team in a timely manner. Assist with projects that the company may undertake at the request of our clients. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of co-workers by means of good practice of health and safety procedures. Liaise with subcontractors Requirements: Fluent English, both written and spoken (Essential) Full clean driving license Safe Pass Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member with the ability to plan and organise the service delivery requirements. Report to contract foreman and contract manager with liaison to operations team for daily tasks Communication skills (written, verbal and listening) including telephone and e-mail to liaise effectively with staff, clients and subcontractors. Ability to take initiative to proactively resolve issues or problems.
