Key Duties And Responsibilities
* Become a product Genius by building and developing a robust product knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand whilst keeping up to date of changes or amendments to the current product line up.
* Provide exceptional customer service, constantly aiming to exceed expectations.
* Learn how to achieve maximum profitability on the sales of our range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
* Learn about finance, insurance, and auxiliary products and how to promote them.
* Build strong rapport with customers visiting the dealership and proactively seek new business opportunities.
* Implement the MSL sales process consistently.
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers daily, weekly, and monthly.
Requirements
* Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) or QQI Level 5
* Proficiency in English
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
The Successful Candidate Will Ideally
* Have a passionate interest in the automotive industry.
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Be a highly motivated and self-driven individual.
* Exhibit excellent IT skills.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
