BDO Ireland is seeking a Graduate to join our successful and expanding Corporate Finance and Recovery team. This is a 3 year training contract with our Limerick firm based in the heart of Limerick City.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Restructuring, Reorganisation, Mergers and Acquisitions.
Debt Advisory including investigation and balance sheet verification.
Preparation of IM (information memorandum) documents.
Market Analysis.
Preparation and Analysis of Financial Projections.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Honours Degree or Masters in Business, Accounting or Finance with a minimum grade of 2:1 or above
Task focused with strong attention to detail.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and on your own initiative.
Excellent PC Skills – Excel, Word and Outlook.
