Student Accommodation Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Accommodation Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Village Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy student residence.

The Role:
As Assistant Village Manager, you will assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of our student residence. You will work closely with the Village Manager to deliver a quality reception service, support students, and oversee a rigorous property management regime.
You will also be responsible for managing summer business activity, providing high-quality guest accommodation, and enhancing the student living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the student residence

Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification in hospitality management or business
* Minimum 2-3 years front-line management experience in a busy service environment
* Understanding of excellent customer service management and delivery
* Knowledge and understanding of property/facility management
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational and project management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
