Acting as a critical pillar for execution within the local market, the role coordinates local marketing activation of centrally created strategies and materials in a cluster organisation. This is a diverse and fast-paced role with a focus on multiple key customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and execute local communications (online and offline), campaigns, website and webshop activation, social media, and local promotions (D2C), working closely with agencies.
2. Create and localise digital content and print materials to enhance customer engagement at various touchpoints and during events such as fairs and dealer events.
3. Support Trade Shop and Marketing Lead in channel prioritisation, annual planning, and activities like Black Friday.
4. Manage local marketing and advertising budgets, shop-in-shop displays, and digital activation plans in consultation with the Lead.
5. Assist Business Development Managers in translating marketing strategies into effective plans and executing them with the retailer's marketing team.
6. Support Product Trainers and Culinary Experts in running training events and cooking sessions for B2B and D2C audiences.
7. Coordinate local display executions with retailers and agencies.
8. Plan and participate in trade fairs and customer activation events.
9. Present new products, price lists, and promotions to internal teams.
10. Assist in creating selling tools for the local team and ensure effective communication flow to retail partners and employees.
11. Execute marketing activities in collaboration with Service teams.
Qualifications:
* Degree or equivalent work experience with ongoing learning.
* 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a premium-brand or consumer goods industry.
* Motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a positive influence.
* Organised with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative, capable of adapting global campaigns for local audiences.
* Commercially-minded with excellent communication skills in the local language.
* Willingness to travel within the country to build B2B relationships.
