This hands-on operational role focuses on: Account maintenance and ongoing servicing.Estate processing and administration.Document processing and verification.Managing additional post-approval operational tasksThe successful candidate will excel at leading a diverse team in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to prioritize resources effectively and respond to the evolving demands of our fast-paced business.A key aspect of this role is identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives across both existing and new workflows.
