Our client, based in Dublin 2, is seeking a highly organised Temporary Administrator to join their team on a temporary assignment. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support across a range of functions, contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
Temporary Administrator
Location: Dublin 2
Rate of Pay: €17.41 per hour
Duration: approx. 8 weeks (with potential for extension)
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with 1-hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing a wide range of administrative support to the team
2. Managing diaries and scheduling for senior staff
3. Processing and tracking purchase orders
4. Coordinating meetings, visitors, and events
5. Taking accurate meeting minutes and following up on actions
6. Handling office tasks such as correspondence, filing, stock checks, and reception cover
7. Supporting projects and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
8. Previous experience in an administrative role
9. Strong organisational and time-management skills
10. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
