Our client, a leading technology solutions provider based in Limerick, is seeking a dedicated and ambitious IT Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition. This role is exclusively focused on securing new business opportunities and is fully supported by senior engineers and a solutions architect. You will work directly with prospective clients, gaining a strong understanding of their challenges and presenting tailored IT solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and target potential new clients across key industry sectors; engage decision-makers and build opportunities.
* Prepare and present customised IT proposals and accurate quotations aligned with client needs.
* Manage your sales pipeline and schedule effectively to maintain consistent outreach, follow-up, and deal progression.
* Collaborate with technical teams to support solution scoping and proposal development.
* Work with a solutions architect to recommend appropriate technologies and services that align with client goals.
* Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge and stay current with market and technology trends.
* Support wider business initiatives and contribute to company growth objectives.
Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar business development role within the IT industry, demonstrating strong success in new client acquisition.
* Desirable experience includes:
o Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing
o Ability to deliver technology-focused presentations
o Solid technical aptitude and familiarity with CRM systems
* Full Irish driving licence required.
* Must be eligible to work and reside in Ireland (EC passport holder or current Stamp 4 Visa).
