About the Role
We are a leading provider of modular storage solutions in Europe, specialising in engineering innovative construction technologies.
Our customer-centric approach, reliability and quality have driven strong national and international growth.
You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and conducting meetings with decision-makers.
You usually meet decision-makers directly.
On site, you will analyse requirements, advise on solutions and prepare individual offers.
Once the contract has been signed, the project team takes over and you move on to the next lead.
You are on the road approximately 3 days a week (including occasional external appointments), and the rest you spend in your home office.
About 10 overnight stays per year for team events and HQ visits.
Your territory: Ireland and Northern Ireland - ideally you live in the Mullingar area.
The industry knowledge is not necessary. Field service experience, a talent for counselling and a willingness to learn are what count for us.
Key Responsibilities
* Professional Consulting: You will provide professional consulting services to customers from various sectors with our extensive product portfolio.
* On-Site Analysis: You will conduct on-site analysis of customer requirements and prepare customized and cost-optimized offers.
* Sales Negotiations: You will engage in sales negotiations, closings and proactive follow-up of your open offers.
* Closing Cooperation: You will work closely with decision-makers on the customer side as well as internal interfaces for timely project execution.
* Contact Management: You will document your contacts and results in our CRM system.
Your Profile
* Education: Successfully completed commercial or technical training/apprenticeship, alternatively a degree in business administration, sales management, marketing or a comparable business-related study program.
* Experience: At least initial, preferably several years of experience in B2B field sales in an environment of explanation-requiring products, investment goods and/or services.
* Personality: A motivated and self-driven personality who is dynamic, proactive and goal-oriented even in the seclusion and quiet of the home office.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in MS-Office, experience in working with an ERP and/or CRM system is an advantage.
* Languages: Business fluent in English and a working knowledge of the Irish business mentality and local market mechanisms.
