Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist, EMEA that will actively contribute to the growth and development of our Accounts Receivable and Finance functions.
This highly impactful role will work cross-functionally with teams like customer success, product, operations, systems, and sales to establish a consistent customer journey.
You will support day-to-day operations and contribute to improvements in operational processes, data entry, and technology.

How You Will Make a Difference Review contract amendments and subscriptions to ensure accurate customer billing Create high value transactions such as usage-based invoices Confirm various customer billing terms and meet those criteria Maintain a working knowledge of all standard processes to support and guide internal stakeholders as needed Assist in month, quarter, and year end close cycles by reporting accurate data Support in special Accounts Receivable and Accounting projects Participate in testing for billing improvement projects Identify opportunities to resolve challenges within the order to cash processes Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up Who You Are2-3 years of billing experience within a Saa S organization; SOX experience is a plus Experience in accounts receivable platforms; Stripe, Zendesk, Salesforce, Net Suite is a plus Understanding of accounting principles Experience supporting and testing billing system improvements Comfortable with both following and developing process documents Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Index Match, Sum If, etc.)Interest in AI tools and workflows; eager to learn and apply them to improve efficiency Soft Skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment; flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient while interacting with internal and external stakeholders Strong collaboration with others within and outside of Finance teams Extremely organized with good project management skills Ability to work independently, take initiative, organize workload, and manage time effectively Strong attention to accuracy and detail Notes: We use Covey as part of our hiring and/or promotional process.

The salary range reflects local labour costs and is determined by factors including skills, experience, education or training, and location.
In addition to base salary, total compensation may include annual bonus, variable compensation (OTE), equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
