About the role
* Report to the HR Director
* Lead the development and delivery of HR strategy aligned with organisational goals and values.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
* Implement performance management frameworks that promote accountability, engagement, and feedback.
* Coordinate training, learning, and talent development initiatives, including succession planning.
* Provide expert, pragmatic advice on employee relations, change management, and HR policy.
* Drive organisational change, continuous improvement projects, and transformation initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with employment law, governance standards, and HR best practice.
* Manage HR reporting and analytics to inform strategy and monitor trends.
* Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture.
About you
* Degree in HR or related field and Chartered CIPD membership.
* Previous experience inHousing, Public Sector OR NFP.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, HR strategy, and employee relations.
* Experience in organisational change, transformation, and HR compliance.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
* Collaborative, values-driven approach with a solutions mindset.
* Full driving licence and access to a car.
