Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner Role The successful candidate will work with children, adolescents, and their families to address mental health issues. A key focus of the role is providing individual interventions and therapeutic-based group interventions that cater to the diverse needs of our clients. Required Skills and Qualifications 1. Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Educational Psychology (or overseas equivalent with Department of Health validation) 2. Mental Health Nurse registered with An Bord Altranais with additional training in Child Counselling/Psychotherapy/CBT 3. Social Worker or Occupational Therapist registered with CORU who has completed relevant Child Counselling/Psychotherapy/CBT training ().
