Person in Charge - Stamullen
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Person in Charge. This role is responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional quality person-centred care to residents.
* Managing staff, including supervision, mentorship, and leadership.
* Ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and implementing policies and procedures.
* Cooordinating appointments and prioritizing tasks with the multi-disciplinary team.
* Developing and maintaining care plans that promote a high quality of life for residents.
Requirements:
* A QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or a relevant Allied Healthcare discipline.
* A minimum of three years' experience in a management or supervisory role in the Health or Social Care sector.
* An appropriate qualification in Health or Social Care management (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
