What You'll Be Doing
* Take ownership of the
entire sales cycle
– identify prospects, pitch solutions, negotiate, close, and grow long-term accounts.
* Develop and nurture relationships with clients across the
financial services and technology sectors
.
* Deliver tailored service-based sales strategies that build trust and deliver measurable impact.
* Exceed targets and drive revenue growth while developing your commercial and leadership toolkit.
You'll Thrive Here If You Have:
* 2–3 years' experience
in an outbound or consultative sales role (SDR, BDR, client acquisition, financial advisor, or similar).
* A track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in
prospecting, cold calling, and meeting generation.
* The drive to take on
end-to-end deal ownership
and develop into a high-performing account manager.
* An
EU passport
(required).
