My Client is looking for a driven and hands-on Business Development Manager to grow new business and strengthen client relationships for our hotel. You'll identify opportunities, win new accounts, and work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and secure new business across multiple hotel market segments.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and work with agencies.
* Support strategic sales plans and contribute to hotel revenue growth.
* Analyse market trends and client data to uncover opportunities.
* Take part in client meetings, events, and occasional travel as needed.
* Collaborate with the account management team to drive cross-selling and maximise revenue.
Who we're looking for:
* At least 2 years' experience in sales or business development, ideally in hotels or client-facing roles.
* Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Commercially aware, organised, and results-focused.
* Experience with global clients or agencies is a bonus.
