As we continue to expand, we need a passionate, results-driven External Sales Manager to build and nurture relationships in our indirect sales channel i.e., resellers and introducers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service while helping drive our business forward. As an external sales professional, you'll play a vital role in driving revenue by connecting with resellers and helping them succeed in our shared goals. Your focus will be on understanding the market, identifying potential partners, and guiding them toward profitable, long-term growth. Think of yourself not only as a key player in sales but also as a trusted consultant who supports resellers every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy: Expand grenke partner network by seeking out new connections and building long term relationships
Networking: Leveraging both digital capabilities and traditional networking as means to generate partnerships
Partner Acquisition and targeting grenke HUNT potential resellers is what drives you every day
Sales: Achieve yearly and quarterly sales team targets in accordance with the Group KPI's set quarterly
Consult and Support: Provide tailored advice, provide training of systems, solve challenges, and offer expertise
Evaluate and Assess: Use your keen financial acumen to assess risks and rewards by reviewing balance sheets and sales data.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Regularly visit accounts, monitor sales performance, and keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends to make informed decisions.
