Project Manager Construction A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a high-profile project in Cork. This company has a strong pipeline of work across residential, healthcare, and public sector developments, offering excellent long-term career progression in the Munster region. Role & Responsibilities: Lead delivery of a school project from construction through to handover Manage programme, coordination, and overall site performance Oversee statutory processes including BCAR compliance and relevant public sector standards Act as the main point of contact for the Design Team, client representatives, and key stakeholders Ensure all reporting, documentation, and quality processes are maintained to a high standard Collaborate closely with commercial and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery Drive health & safety and quality standards across the project team Requirements: Proven experience delivering construction projects in Ireland Previous exposure to public sector projects or public works contracts is advantageous Strong leadership, organisational, and coordination skills Ability to manage programme, cost, and quality effectively Confident communicator with experience liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery Benefits: €90k-€100k depending on experience Company vehicle + fuel card, toll tag, servicing, and tyres Pension contribution (increasing with service) Health insurance allowance Discretionary bonus Death in service benefit Excellent long-term pipeline of work across Munster How to Apply: If youre interested in this role please send your CV to or call Alannah Mongey on for a confidential discussion.
