My client, a growing Irish Business based in Citywest/Rathcoole, which has expanded its operations in recent years, is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator person, to join it's expanding finance team. This newly created role has arisen due to growth in the business and this person will be part of a strong finance team, including a supportive and down to earth Financial Controller. You may currently be working within a similar role within a small, medium or large business, or as an accounting technician / bookkeeper within a small-medium accounting firm. You may alternatively be in an administrative role looking to build more accounting experience. You may be travelling further into Dublin and looking for a move closer to home, as well as an opportunity to work in a varied role offering career progression. There is a competitive salary on offer for the successful candidate. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Bank transaction posting and bank reconciliations Posting and processing supplier invoices. Deal with any customer billing queries quickly and effectively Supporting other finance team members including AP/AR and broader finance team Supporting ongoing IT and process improvement projects The Person: Previous experience with an Accounts Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Accounting Technician or Administrative role would be beneficial. Strong IT skills - MS Office and while not essential previous experience with Sage or a similar system would be beneficial.
