Our client is a Top 25 full-service accountancy practice based in North Dublin. The Role
The role offers a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing a team of approximately 15 people involved in audit and accounting preparation.
The Person
To succeed in this role, you will be:
1. A qualified accountant with at least three years of post-qualification experience in a well-regarded SME, large firm, or Big 4 firm.
2. A strong team player, with proven experience managing teams of 15 to 20 people.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practice accountant with audit and accounting experience to advance their career within a dynamic and growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a portfolio of audit and accounting engagements.
2. Reviewing financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
3. Reviewing CT and other tax returns prepared by junior staff.
4. Providing mentorship and guidance to the team.
5. Identifying opportunities to assist clients with additional accounting services that could benefit their business.
