About the Development
Respond is preparing to launch a major new mixed-tenure community in Rathborne, Ashtown. The new Rathborne scheme will deliver 725 high-quality homes across six blocks, including:
399 Cost Rental homes
326 Social homes
The mixed-tenure development will also include a childcare facility, tenant amenity space, and an onsite management suite to ensure the supports and infrastructure are in place for a vibrant community from day one.
We will soon be recruiting for a range of onsite roles, including:
Tenancy Relations Officers (Cost Rental & Social)
Community & Tenant Engagement Worker
Front of House Concierge
Caretakers
