About the Role As Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential care home and adjacent supported living bungalows.
Youll ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and service delivery while fostering a positive and inclusive culture for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care Oversee admissions, care planning, and resident welfare Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, health & safety regulations, and employment law Manage budgets, financial records, and fundraising initiatives Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders Support staff development through training, supervision, and performance reviews Collaborate with the Board on service planning and future development Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in residential care management or a similar leadership role Strong understanding of HIQA regulations and standards Relevant qualification, include nursing, social care and community development Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills Experience in financial oversight and staff supervision Commitment to continuous improvement and resident wellbeing How to Apply To apply, please submit your CV via the link provided, prior to the closing date : Tuesday 30th September 2025 @ 5pm.
