Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Answer incoming calls and manage general enquiries. Maintain accurate records of all customer enquiries. Process purchase and sales invoices efficiently. Review and reconcile monthly statements. Carry out daily banking duties, including recording transactions and performing bank reconciliations.
