Responsibilities
This role involves:
1. Identifying and Engaging New Partners: Researching and contacting potential businesses that could benefit from our unique offerings, delivering personalized pitches.
2. Setting Up for Success: Ensuring advertisers are well-prepared before transitioning to account management for scaling.
3. Strategic Planning: Collaborating with existing advertisers to understand their goals and co-creating tailored marketing plans.
4. Client Insights: Developing a deep understanding of partners' business objectives, providing informed insights to aid their success.
5. Relationship Building: Establishing long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.
6. Performance Targets: Working towards fixed KPIs and quarterly sales goals.
7. Collaboration: Sharing knowledge with the broader sales team to enhance role effectiveness.
Requirements
* Experience: At least one year in a target-driven, customer-facing role (sales experience preferred).
* Digital Marketing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital marketing metrics like CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
* Analytical Skills: Proven ability to use analytical approaches to solve business problems.
* Training and Education: Demonstrated ability to educate advertisers on campaign creation and optimization.
* Objection Handling: Skilled in crafting compelling plans to overcome customer objections.
* Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
* Tech Savviness: Affinity for innovative technology and emerging trends.
* Professionalism: Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional with effective multitasking skills.
* Goal-Oriented: Proven experience working towards quarterly goals in a KPI-driven environment.
* Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in French.
