Candidates must hold or be in the process of obtaining a Full Driver's Licence.
Job Objectives We are looking for a strategic Learning and Development Lead to develop impactful training programs, design innovative learning solutions, and ensure compliance with standards.
You will lead initiatives, evaluate effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Lead a team of L&D professionals and collaborate with leadership.
Oversee L&D performance and effectiveness.
Build relationships with managers to identify training needs.
Create comprehensive L&D programs for all levels.
Ensure training fosters growth and career progression.
Oversee leadership development programs.
Evaluate and improve training programs.
Maintain positive employee relations and compliance.
Address concerns and mediate conflicts.
Develop programs with senior leadership.
Work with HR to set performance goals.
Implement recognition systems.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, including diversity and inclusion.
Manage the department budget.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications Level 7/8 Degree in a related discipline Knowledge Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area Experience Leadership and management experience in a large organisation, public or private sector Experience in Budget Management Proven process improvement skills Minimum 3 years in a similar role Experience in creating high-standard training programs Skills Strong leadership Problem-solving and judgment Decision-making Ability to work in a fast-paced team Good listening and learning attitude Organisational skills, motivation, self-starter Excellent communication and IT skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
