What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

* Contribute to project tasks and milestones, organizing work to meet deadlines.
* Support the shared services site team and direct reports, ensuring effective communication with internal and external business professionals.
* Adhere to compliance and controls, supporting Corporate Audit and capturing necessary information for review.
* Collaborate with legal, compliance, and market approvers to manage exceptions and approvals.
* Review healthcare contract standards for external professionals, ensuring customer needs and relationships are proactively fulfilled and enhanced.
* Perform period-end financial close activities, meeting all related deadlines.
* Develop financial information by researching and analyzing accounting data to meet management requests.
* Identify key groups or positions for regular interaction and assist in the timely delivery of standardized financial processes on behalf of Pfizer.
* Learn and apply basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate Work Team.
* Make decisions within limited options to resolve basic problems, with limited decision-making authority, working under the supervisor's direction.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

* Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
* Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Fluency in English speaking and writing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

* Pharmaceutical industry or contracts experience
* System application & products / Oracle experience
* Good organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple priorities
* Experience with financial reporting and analysis
* Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Work Location Assignment: Hybrid

Additional Information

* In order to be considered for this position in Ireland you need to be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
* Please note there is no relocation support available for this position
