Career Vision Recruiters are seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and self-motivatedFood & Beverage Manager for a prestigious 4-star hotel in Clare.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy bar, restaurant, and banqueting operation, ensuring exceptional service with a personal touch.
Main Duties: Work closely with the hotels management team on the day-to-day running of this busy property.
Manage all aspects of the hotel while on duty, taking a hands-on approach wherever assistance is needed.
Lead and support the food & beverage departments, including bar, restaurant, conference, banqueting, and events operations.
Provide staff training and development to build skilled, motivated, and high-performing teams.
Drive sales initiatives in conjunction with the hotels in-house sales team.
Cover duty management shifts within the hotel property.
Ensure excellent service is consistently provided to all guests and visitors.
Oversee rostering, forecasting, budgeting, stock control, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other Heads of Department to maintain and improve hotel standards.
Requirements / Candidate Profile: Minimum 23 years experience in a similar role within busy 3?
/4?
hotels.
Strong knowledge of the food & beverage industry, including new initiatives and innovations.
HACCP trained.
Hands-on and willing to assist in all areas of the hotel as needed.
Previous experience with hotel front office systems is beneficial.
Experience across food & beverage, conference, banqueting, and events management.
Strong people management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible with early/late shifts and able to multitask under pressure.
