Child and Family Support Professional
This role involves working with children with complex needs, providing support and counseling to families, and developing individualized service plans.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's needs
* Provide family-centered support and counseling services
* Develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
* Current CORU registration as a social worker
* Experience working with children and families in need
* Strong understanding of relevant disability legislation and policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
