What You'll Be Doing
* Selling nearly-new and used vehicles from leading manufacturers
* Building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
* Organising and conducting test drives
* Managing and generating leads from showroom visits, phone, email, and social media
* Negotiating deals and closing sales
Who We're Looking For
You might already be in sales - or you might be ready to take your first step into the motor industry.
You are:
* Target-driven and motivated by commission
* Confident, personable, and great with people
* A problem solver with a creative sales mindset
* Ambitious and eager to learn and progress
* Customer-focused with strong communication skills
* Hold a full clean driving licence (essential)
Sales or motor industry experience is a bonus - but attitude and ambition matter most.
