About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) to support their Director of Nursing in leading clinical operations for our client in Co. Wexford. This is a key leadership role focused on quality improvement, staff development, and ensuring safe, person-centred care for all residents.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise nursing and care teams to ensure exceptional care delivery
* Manage individual care planning, assessments, and resident reviews
* Oversee medication administration, wound care, and clinical governance
* Lead infection control and quality improvement initiatives
* Support staff mentorship, development, and compliance training
* Liaise with GPs, families, specialists, and external agencies
* Maintain regulatory standards in line with HIQA requirements
Qualifications:
* NMBI-registered General Nurse (active PIN required)
* Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home or similar setting
* Proven leadership experience in a CNM or senior nursing role
* Deep knowledge of HIQA standards and clinical best practice
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
