About the Role:
This position requires deep technical understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. Collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch impactful products in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to post-launch analysis, including backlog management.
2. Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements; evaluate and prioritize technical solutions.
3. Conduct market research and customer discovery to refine value propositions.
4. Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
5. Ensure timely delivery and quality standards, managing testing and feedback.
Minimum Requirements:
* 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical role.
* Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with agile tools like Jira, Asana.
* Knowledge of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.
* Excellent organizational skills for remote, fast-paced environments.
* Proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus.
* Experience with AI and P2P projects is advantageous.
* Hands-on JavaScript development experience (Node.js, React, Angular) is a plus.
