Key Responsibilities:
* Closely collaborate with the project team to offer technical input and on-site support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Act as a key communication link between the site team, design consultants, and subcontractors on a daily basis.
* Review and validate civil engineering plans, 3D models, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project standards.
* Carry out quality control procedures, including concrete pour inspections, managing RFIs, and troubleshooting technical challenges.
* Contribute to enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure a secure and compliant site environment.
* Track and log the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and site logistics.
Requirements:
* Hold strong digital competency, with working knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and the full Microsoft Office suite.
* Posess a degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
* Minimally hold 3 years' experience in a comparable role within the construction industry.
* Have background working with a main contractor, preferably on high-spec Pharma, Med Tech, or Industrial developments.
* Be involved in Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR), technical coordination, quality assurance, design processes, and client-facing engagements.
Enforce compliance across projects by ensuring all work meets relevant standards and regulations.
