This consultancy, known for providing comprehensive quantity surveying, project management, and due diligence services, offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects both nationally and internationally.The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing medium to large-scale projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, educational, leisure, data centres, healthcare, and student accommodation. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of industry experience within a consultancy or developer setting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex projects, aligning with the company’s goals and objectivesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practicesMentor and support junior project managers to foster professional growthQualifications & ExperienceDegree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within a consultancy or developer environmentProven success managing medium/large-scale projects in sectors such as retail, residential, commercial, mixed-use, educational, data centres, or healthcareStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and toolsProficiency in project management software and the MS Office SuiteExcellent report writing skills with a strong attention to detailAbility to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAmbitious, diligent, and committed to delivering high-quality workMust be eligible to work in Ireland.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary: €70k-€80k, depending on experiencePerformance bonusPension schemeProfessional membership fees coveredLife assuranceGym membershipContinuous Professional Development (CPD)Additional benefits
