Overview
Our client is a growing multinational based in Dublin West. They are seeking a Finance Business Partner on a full time basis. The Financial Business Partner will support financial performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role will deliver insights, ensure strong financial control, and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant with around 1 year PQE to gain commercial finance experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
* Provide financial analysis, forecasts, and modelling to support decision-making and business planning.
* Act as a trusted advisor to business units, translating financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
* Maintain a robust financial control framework, including reconciliations, policies, and risk management processes.
* Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure strong liquidity and efficient resource allocation.
* Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, evaluating profitability, costs, and investment opportunities.
* Support finance transformation projects, including ERP system implementations and process improvements.
* Build strong cross-functional relationships, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Circa 1+ years PQE in a financial reporting, management accounting, or business partnering role.
* Experience within financial services or a medium/large accounting function.
* Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA experience an advantage).
