**About the Team**The Physical Security Operations team at Workday is dedicated to maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across its global workplaces.
Working within the EMEA region, the team partners closely with internal stakeholders, the Global Fusion Center, and third-party vendors to deliver best-in-class physical security services.
The team operates in a fast-paced, high-traffic corporate environment and is focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a people-first security culture**About the Role*** As Associate Manager – Physical Security Operations, you will support the delivery of physical security services at Workday's large corporate site in Dublin* Reporting to the Sr.
Manager, Physical Security Operations, EMEA, you will oversee daily security operations, lead the Global Fusion Center, and provide direction to the uniformed security team* The role requires strong leadership, vendor oversight, and stakeholder engagement to ensure service excellence and adherence to Workday's security standards* You will also support incident response and investigations, drive operational improvements, and act as proxy EMEA lead when required**About You****Basic Qualifications:*** At least 5+ yrs in security industry and 2 yrs in a management role* You are an experienced physical security professional with a strong background in control room and corporate security environments* You bring proven leadership experience managing and developing large teams, alongside solid knowledge of security systems and software platforms* You are highly professional, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-volume environment* With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you build effective partnerships across the business and with vendors* Ideally, you have relevant industry certifications, an understanding of GDPR and privacy requirements, and the flexibility to travel as needed**Our Approach to Flexible Work**With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
