Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner, collating information from customers via these telephone calls.
* Receive inbound calls from customers through a virtual call centre, answering various questions and providing solutions.
* Ensure that all customer records are kept up to date in accordance with relevant regulations.
* Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements for both Regulated and Non-Regulated products, including cross-selling of relevant products.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.

This is a permanent part-time position with working hours of Monday to Friday 11 am –3.00 pm (20 hours / week). Initial Part time/full time training will be provided for 9-11 weeks Mon-Fri 9-5.30 pm.
