What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the helpful, friendly voice guiding merchants through our platform. You'll play a key role in making sure customers feel supported, informed, and confident.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Responding to merchant inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Walking customers through processes step‑by‑step
Explaining information clearly and simply (full training provided)
Logging conversations and escalating issues when needed
Collaborating with your team to improve support processes
What We're Looking For
Experience:
2+ years in any customer‑facing role (retail, hospitality, call centre, service desk — all welcome)
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and clear explanation abilities
Patience, empathy, and a genuine drive to help people
Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
Comfort with learning new systems and topics
Fluency in English + one of: French, German, Polish, Czech, or Spanish
Nice to Have:
Cybersecurity experience? Not necessary — we provide full training.
